CLASS C – ARTISTIC ARRANGEMENTS

All arrangements are to consist of fresh cut materials, grown or collected by the exhibitor. Arrangements should include foliage (plant leaves, twigs, boughs). The use of floral foam, frogs, and oasis blocks is encouraged.
