Beer and Wine Guidelines

  1. All Open Class General Rules Apply
  2. Only one exhibit per person per entry number
  3. Exhibitor must be 21 years or older
  4. No commercially made products may be entered
  5. All bottles should be free of commercial labels and/or wax caps.
  6. 2 Clear beer bottles with at least 10-ounce capacity for each.
  7. 1 clear wine bottle will be either 750 ml or 375 ml where specified with stopped cork.
  8. ALL beer and wine entries must be entered just as other open class exhibits.
  9. ALL beer and wine entry forms must be entered by open class entry due date using the entry form found in the book or online.
  10. NO ENTRY FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE FAIR
  11. Beer and wine exhibits may be brought to the fairgrounds on Wednesday of Fair Week from 12:00pm – 7:00pm or Saturday of Fair Week from 10:00am-12:00pm.
  12. Judging will take place at 1:00pm Saturday of Fair Week.
